Do you need to build a small shed or addition? Here's a look at one of the small projects I built in the past year from excavating the footings to concrete all the way to siding and roofing. The only thing I don't do is painting or electrical. This project, the homeowner wanted to add 12'x12' to an existing well/pump house. Originally we were going to just tie in a new roofline to the old pump house and replace the shingles on the old roof, but once I got down to the sub roof it was apparent due to dry rot and insects, that the old roof just needed to go. It also made the finished project cleaner looking and simplified the direction of run off so a roof wasn't dripping over a door. It just made more sense in the end and the homeowner agreed. He also wanted a custom door which I could only find sliding barn door style doors, so I found one that didn't have pre-drilled holes and installed it as a typical door on a frame, building the frame from scratch. The original door also needed to be replaced as the frame was basically rotting off the building and I had to replace some of the studs in the wall as well.
